Welcome to Vio Stays! Looking for a Luxury Getaway with your Family or Friends? You have come to the right place. A 7 BHK (4 BHK+3 BHK) Luxury Villa with Private Pool. Beautiful contemporary interiors with a subtle ambiance for a perfect getaway. A large living room and an open sleek kitchen equipped with basic cookware and a caretaker. Located in Anjuna, close to the most popular beaches, bars, cafes, clubs & restaurants & 7-10 mins drive to Baga & Calangute
The space
Floor Plan - Villa 1: 3-Bedroom Villa Ground Floor - On this floor, we have a Living Room, Open Kitchen, Dining Table, Private Swimming Pool, and a Bedroom 1. There is a washroom which is connected to the Living Room as well as Bedroom 1. First Floor - This floor has En-suite Bedroom 2 and En-suite Bedroom 3. Second Floor - Terrace Villa 2: 4-Bedroom Villa Ground Floor - On this floor, we have a Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, Private Swimming Pool, Common Washroom, and Bedroom 1. First Floor - This floor has En-suite Bedroom 2, En-suite Bedroom 3. Second Floor - This floor has Bedroom 4. Third Floor - A Terrace with a beautiful view. Some things to note: - Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed. - Pets are not allows in the property - There are occasional power cuts in Goa. The villa has a generator backup that can support all the appliances for up to 8-10 hours. - This villa is located in a gated community. Hence, we don't allow music in the outdoor section of the property. - Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay. - Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily, they will be chargeable. - Breakfast cooking is included in the stay. Groceries will be charged at actuals. For additional meals, we can provide Chef On Call on a chargeable basis.

Important Cooking Facility Notice: Due to the ongoing global situation and possible supply disruptions during the current war crisis, LPG gas cylinder availability may occasionally be affected and is subject to availability. However, to ensure a smooth stay experience, we provide induction cooktops as an alternative for guests to prepare their meals without inconvenience.
