Terms of service
Last updated 12 September 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Neurolink Duo Private Limited, the company behind Bnbdaddy. They apply whenever you use the site, whether you are browsing for free or paying to unlock a host's contact details. Please read them — they are short, and they say plainly what we do, what we do not do, and where the risk sits. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
Who we are and how to reach us
Bnbdaddy is operated by Neurolink Duo Private Limited, a company registered in India.

We may rename the site at some point. If we do, the company behind it, and these terms, stay the same.
In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Neurolink Duo Private Limited. "You" means the person using the site. A "host" is a person or business whose property is listed. A "listing" is one property's page.
What Bnbdaddy is — and what it is not
Bnbdaddy is a directory of holiday rentals, villas and homestays. That is the whole of it. We show you properties, and for a fee we give you the host's contact details so you can talk to them directly.
We are not a booking platform, and we are not a party to anything you agree with a host. In plain terms:
- We do not make, hold, confirm or guarantee any reservation.
- We take no commission on your stay and handle none of the money that passes between you and the host.
- The stay itself, the price, the dates, the deposit, the cancellation rules and any dispute about them are between you and the host alone.
- If a host cancels on you, takes your money, or the property is not what you expected, that is a matter between you and the host. We are not a party to it and cannot resolve it for you.
When you pay a host, you are contracting with the host, outside this service. We suggest you satisfy yourself about who you are dealing with before you send anyone money.
Most listings are not checked by us
We want to be blunt about this, because it is the most important thing on this page. Unless a listing shows a “Verified by Bnbdaddy” badge, we have not checked it: we have not inspected the property, vetted the host, run background checks, or confirmed that the person has the right to rent out the place they have listed.
Where a listing does carry that badge, a person checked that the host is real and controls the property they are advertising — using the host's own booking dashboard, a video walk-through, and an identity check carried out by a specialist provider. Even then, nobody has visited the property. The badge is not an inspection, says nothing about the condition, cleanliness or safety of the place, describes only the day the check was made, and is not a guarantee of your stay. What it does and does not cover is set out in full at /how-we-verify, and you should read that before relying on it.
What that means for you in practice:
- Photos, descriptions and amenities are supplied by the host. We have not seen the property, badge or no badge.
- The price shown on a listing is the host's own figure. It is information, not an offer we can hold them to.
- A host may be unreachable, may not reply, or may no longer be renting the property out.
- On an unbadged listing, we cannot confirm that a host is who they say they are. On a badged one we have taken reasonable steps to, and a determined person can still deceive a remote check.
Do your own checks before you commit money to anyone: speak to the host, ask questions, ask for proof if something matters to you, and be cautious about advance payments to a stranger. If a listing looks fraudulent, tell us at admin@bnbdaddy.com and we will look at it.
What you are buying
Browsing is free and needs no account. Photos, descriptions, location, amenities, price and availability are all open to anyone.
There is one thing you pay for as a guest, and it is digital. You transfer the money yourself and send us the transaction reference; we check it against our bank statement by hand, usually within 24 hours, and then release what you bought:
- An unlock: a one-off fee for one listing, which reveals that host's contact details — phone, WhatsApp, email and address — and keeps them available to you for 30 days from the moment you pay. One payment covers one listing. It does not cover other listings by the same host.
That is the entire thing you get. An unlock buys contact details and nothing else. It is not a booking, not a hold on dates, not an introduction we make on your behalf, and not any promise that the host will reply or agree to host you.
Access lasts 30 days. After that the details stop being shown on the listing, and you may unlock it again at the price then shown. We say this on the listing page before you pay, not only here. Save anything you need during those 30 days — most people message the host the same day, and nothing stops you keeping the number. Unlocks bought before this 30-day rule was published are not affected and do not expire.
If you have paid and sent us the reference and the details still do not appear after 24 hours, email admin@bnbdaddy.com with the transaction reference and the listing, and we will look into it.
Where we publish a separate refunds and cancellations policy, it forms part of these terms and sits alongside this section.
Prices, currency and payment
An unlock currently costs Rs 799, charged in Indian rupees, INCLUSIVE of 18% GST — Rs 677.12 for the service plus Rs 121.88 tax. The price you see is the price you pay; nothing is added later. A GST invoice is available on request. We may change the price; the price shown when you pay is the price for that purchase, and a change never affects something you have already bought. Writing a review costs nothing.
We would like to price at USD 10 in the long run, but our payment provider has not enabled US dollars for us. Until it does, everything is charged in rupees.
You pay us by transferring money directly, using UPI or a bank transfer, from your own banking app. There is no card checkout, so no card number, CVV or bank login ever reaches us — we could not store them if we wanted to. What we keep is the amount, the currency, the date, the transaction reference you send us, and any screenshot you attach.
You must be 18 or older to buy anything on the site.
Availability, and text written by machine
Availability on a listing is imported from the host's own calendar. It can be out of date, and it often is. Treat it as a hint, not a fact. Always confirm dates with the host directly before you plan anything around them.
Some of the text on a listing — the search-engine description and the FAQ — is generated automatically, once, when the listing is published, from the facts the host supplied. It is not written or checked by a person. If it contradicts the host, believe the host.
Your account
You need an account to buy an unlock or to write a review. When you create one:
- Give accurate details, including a working email address. If your email is wrong, we cannot deliver what you paid for or reach you about a problem.
- The account is yours alone. Do not share your login, and do not use someone else's.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at admin@bnbdaddy.com if you think someone else has got into it.
You can ask us to delete your account at any time. What happens to your data then is set out in our privacy policy: your login, name and email are destroyed, while payment records and any reviews you wrote are kept with you detached from them, because we are required to keep accounting records and because a review belongs to the listing, not to your account.
How you may use contact details you unlock
You may use unlocked contact details for one thing: to contact that host yourself, about a possible stay at that property.
You may not:
- Send marketing, promotional or bulk messages to a host, on any channel.
- Pass the details on, publish them, post them anywhere, or share them with anyone who has not paid.
- Sell, licence or trade the details, or use them to build or add to any list, database or directory.
- Use them to contact a host about anything other than staying at their property.
These are people's personal phone numbers, home addresses and email addresses. Misusing them can be a breach of Indian law as well as of these terms, and we will close accounts that do it.
Things you must not do
Beyond the rules on contact details, you must not:
- Scrape the site, or extract listing data or contact details in bulk, by any method.
- Access the site with bots, crawlers, scripts or any automated tool, or try to get round rate limits or the paywall.
- Resell, republish or redistribute anything you unlock.
- Impersonate anyone — another guest, a host, or us.
- Post a listing that is fraudulent, or a property you have no right to rent out.
- Write a review you know to be false, or pay or accept payment for a particular opinion.
- Interfere with the site, probe it for weaknesses, or upload anything harmful.
- Use the service for anything unlawful.
We may take technical steps to detect and block automated access, and doing so may affect legitimate use in rare cases.
Reviews
Reviews only work if they are honest, so the rules are deliberately strict — and they cut against hosts, including hosts who pay us.
- Only a guest who has paid to unlock a listing may review it. Writing the review itself is free, and nobody — guest or host — can pay us anything to do with a review.
- Paying buys the opportunity to write a review. It never buys a good one, from you or from anyone else.
- Reviews publish immediately. Nobody approves them first.
- A host cannot edit, hide or remove a review, and we do not remove reviews because a host asks us to. Paying us more does not change that.
- A host may send a guest a link inviting them to review, and chooses who to send it to. That costs nothing and buys nothing: the review publishes exactly as written, and the host cannot see it first or remove it afterwards. Because a host is more likely to ask a guest who enjoyed their stay, what you read may lean positive — we say so at /how-reviews-work rather than leaving you to work it out.
- You can correct your own review for 24 hours after posting. After that it locks and cannot be changed.
- Reviews show your rating, your text and your first name only.
Write about your own experience, and only about the property you unlocked. The one thing that overrides the rules above is the law: where the law or a court requires us to remove content, we will comply.
If you are a host
Hosts have their own agreement with us, and the host terms govern listing on Bnbdaddy. In summary, a host is expected to describe the property accurately, to have the right to rent it out, to publish contact details that work and that they are entitled to publish, to keep the imported calendar as current as they reasonably can, and to accept that reviews are not theirs to edit or remove.
If anything here conflicts with the host terms on a host matter, the host terms apply.
Suspending or closing accounts
We may suspend or close an account, and remove listings, if we reasonably believe someone has broken these terms — scraping, misusing contact details, posting fraudulent listings, faking reviews, payment fraud, or unlawful use. Where the situation allows it, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right first. Where we think the risk is serious or ongoing, we may act immediately.
If we close your account because you broke these terms, you may lose access to unlocks you paid for, and we are not obliged to refund them.
You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your account whenever you like.
Who is responsible for what
We will be straight about the limits here rather than bury them, because a term nobody understood is a term that does not hold up.
What we are responsible for: running the site with reasonable care and skill, and delivering what you actually paid for — the contact details for the listing you unlocked — promptly after we have confirmed your payment. If we fail to deliver, that is on us.
What we are not responsible for, and cannot sensibly be: what happens in a property we have never seen. That includes the condition, safety, legality or quality of any property; whether a host is honest, reachable or has the right to rent; whether dates shown are truly available; anything a host says or does; money you pay a host; injury, loss or damage during a stay; and any dispute between you and a host. We are not a party to that relationship and we take no commission from it.
Where we are liable, our total liability to you for everything connected with the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. That figure is usually the price of an unlock. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost bookings, wasted travel costs or a spoilt holiday.
Some liability cannot be excluded, and we are not trying to exclude it. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else Indian law does not permit us to limit — including your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. If any part of this section is not permitted by law, that part simply does not apply, and the rest still stands.
Content and who owns it
Listing text and photos belong to the host who supplied them, and hosts give us permission to display them on the site.
The site itself — its design, its code, its name and its compiled content — belongs to us. You may look at listings, save them and share links to them. You may not copy the site, reproduce large parts of it, or use its content to build a competing directory.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms — to reflect changes in the law, in what we charge for, or in how the service works. Every version carries the date it took effect.
If a change is material — for example, one that affects what you get for your money, or this liability section — we will email registered account holders at least 7 days before it takes effect. Smaller corrections are simply posted with a new date.
A change never applies backwards. Anything you have already bought is governed by the terms as they stood when you bought it. If you do not accept a change, stop using the service and, if you wish, ask us to delete your account.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, write to admin@bnbdaddy.com and describe the problem, with your transaction reference if it concerns a payment. You can also reach us on +91 90585 20232 or on WhatsApp at +91 8791923235.
Complaints about a stay, a host or a property are best raised with the host, since the agreement is with them. Tell us anyway if you believe a listing is fraudulent — we want to know.
Governing law, courts, and odds and ends
These terms are governed by the law of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any right you have to bring a claim in a consumer forum that the law allows you to use.
- If a clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of these terms carry on.
- If we do not enforce something straight away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
- You may not transfer your account or these terms to anyone else. We may transfer them if our business is transferred, and your rights are not reduced by that.
- Nothing here makes us and you partners, agents, or employer and employee, and nothing makes us the agent of any host.
