Located in one of the most happening areas in North Goa (Anjuna), Breeze has an amazing private pool, a vibrant living room, & spacious bedrooms. The villa is equipped with modern amenities, like high-speed Wi-Fi & smart TV. Unaccounted guests are not allowed. - Pets are not allows in the property - There are occasional power cuts in Goa. The villa has a generator backup that can support all the appliances for up to 8-10 hours. - This villa is located in a gated community. Hence, we don't allow music in the outdoor section of the property. - Late checkouts & early check-ins are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay. - Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily, they will be chargeable. - Breakfast cooking is included in the stay. Groceries will be charged at actuals. For additional meals, we can provide Chef On Call on a chargeable basis.

Guest access

Experience a seamlessly enjoyable stay with our prime central location, effortlessly granting you access to travel and exploration during your visit. For your convenience, our caretaker stays on the property and is available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM should you need any assistance. The caretaker uses the same entry and exit access as guests, but your comfort and privacy remain a priority throughout your stay

Important Cooking Facility Notice: Due to the ongoing global situation and possible supply disruptions during the current war crisis, LPG gas cylinder availability may occasionally be affected and is subject to availability. However, to ensure a smooth stay experience, we provide induction cooktops as an alternative for guests to prepare their meals without inconvenience.
