The villa has a generator backup that can support all the appliances for up to 8-10 hours. - This villa is located in a gated community. Hence, we don't allow music in the outdoor section of the property. - Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay. - Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily, they will be chargeable. - Breakfast cooking is included in the stay. Groceries will be charged at actuals. For additional meals, we can provide Chef On Call on a chargeable basis. - Stag group is not allowed on this villa.

Important Cooking Facility Notice: Due to the ongoing global situation and possible supply disruptions during the current war crisis, LPG gas cylinder availability may occasionally be affected and is subject to availability. However, to ensure a smooth stay experience, we provide induction cooktops as an alternative for guests to prepare their meals without inconvenience. Additional important notice : - As this is an independent/private villa surrounded by nature, monkeys may occasionally be seen around the property and may sometimes enter the swimming pool area. While such visits are infrequent, we kindly request guests to avoid feeding or approaching them and to keep doors/windows closed when not in use. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. - We do not allow male stag groups for this particular villa
