Welcome to your Da Alohas 3BHK Villa. We hope you enjoy a peaceful and luxurious getaway. To ensure every guest has a safe and enjoyable experience, please follow the house rules below. 🕒 Check-in & Check-out Check-in: From 2:00 PM Check-out: By 11:00 AM Early check-in and late check-out require prior approval and are subject to availability. Early Check-in & Late Check-out Policy 3BHK Villas: ₹1,000 per hour Charges apply before 12:00 PM and after 11:30 AM. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out is chargeable at 70% of the nightly tariff. Unauthorised early check-in or late check-out will attract a penalty of ₹5,000. 👥 Guest Policy Only registered guests are permitted. Valid government-issued ID is mandatory. Outside visitors are not allowed without prior approval. Additional overnight guests will be charged ₹1,000 per person, per night, subject to occupancy limits. 🏡 Your Stay, Your Space Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire villa, including: Living Room Dining Area Kitchen All Bedrooms Balcony/Terrace Lawn (where applicable) Private Swimming Pool (if available) Parking Area Please respect neighbouring properties and maintain cleanliness throughout your stay. 🏊 Swimming Pool Rules (Applicable only if the villa has a private pool) Use the pool only during designated timings. 7 AM to 7 PM only Proper swimwear is compulsory. Children must remain under adult supervision. No glassware inside the pool. No diving or rough play. No smoking or drinking inside the pool. Guests use the swimming pool entirely at their own risk. Any damage to pool equipment or filtration systems will be chargeable. 🔇 Noise Policy Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Parties, DJs, loud music, celebrations and events are strictly prohibited unless specifically approved in writing by Da Alohas. 🚭 Smoking & Alcohol Smoking is prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Alcohol may be consumed responsibly inside the villa. Please avoid excessive noise while consuming alcohol. 🐾 Pets Pets are not permitted without prior approval. 🍳 Kitchen Usage Use the kitchen responsibly and leave it clean after use. ❄️ Electricity Please conserve electricity by switching off appliances whenever leaving the villa. 🧹 Housekeeping Linen and towels are changed every two nights for longer stays. Additional housekeeping services are chargeable upon request. Excessive cleaning after checkout will incur additional charges. 🚗 Parking Please park only in designated villa parking spaces. 🔑 Keys & Lock Policy Lost or misplaced keys will incur a ₹1,000 duplicate key charge. Lock replacement due to lost keys or guest negligence will incur a ₹5,000 charge. Report lost keys immediately to the Da Alohas team. 🔒 Safety & Security Lock all doors and windows whenever leaving. Secure valuables at all times. Da Alohas is not liable for personal belongings left unattended. 🚫 Strictly Prohibited Illegal activities Drugs and narcotics Firearms and weapons Gambling Smoking indoors Commercial filming without permission Tampering with villa equipment or safety systems Unauthorised parties and events Any violation may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund and may be reported to the relevant authorities. 💰 Damages & Penalties Guests are responsible for all damages caused during their stay. Violations including: Unauthorised early check-in or late check-out Indoor smoking Unregistered guests Excessive noise Pool misuse Property damage Lost keys Lock damage Society or neighbourhood complaints may attract a minimum penalty of ₹5,000, in addition to repair costs, replacement charges, society fines, and legal action where applicable. 🙏 Thank You Thank you for choosing Da Alohas.
