However, we also value the privacy and comfort of our neighbours. Please note that loud music is not permitted after 9:00 PM. 👨‍💼 Property Manager Our property manager will be available to assist you in case of any concerns or issues. We kindly request that their working hours are respected. 👥 Number of Occupants The number of occupants mentioned in the booking must be strictly adhered to. Any additional occupants must be informed and approved in advance. 🧹 Housekeeping & Linen Cleaning is carried out daily. Linen is changed every alternate day. Room cleaning services are available once a day between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Kindly inform us one day in advance of your preferred cleaning time so that we can schedule the service accordingly. 🚭 Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Designated outdoor spaces are available for smoking, which you may use at your convenience. 💰 Security Deposit A security deposit of INR 5,000/- will be collected at the time of check-in and refunded within 48 hours after check-out In case of any breakage, damage, or loss of items from the premises, the applicable compensation will be deducted from the security deposit. 📌 Important The property reserves the right to cancel any booking, if required.
