A1, LaMorella by Alira Stays is a 4BHK luxury villa in Assagao. It features a private pool, a private garden area, spacious living and a dining area, 4 king-size ensuite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, power backup, and a Marshall speaker. We provide a dedicated caretaker from 9am to 5pm and a chef on request (chargable). Centrally located in Assagao, it is just 10 minutes from Vagator and Anjuna beaches and very close to famous restaurants like Jamun and Bawri.

The space

It features a big size Smart TV and opens directly onto the garden and pool deck, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. A powder room is also available on this floor. 🎶 Entertainment The villa is equipped with a Marshall Kilburn II speaker and a Smart TV, perfect for music sessions, movie nights, or relaxed gatherings with friends and family. We do provide bluetooth speaker with a Mic (on prior info) if you want to enjoy a Karaoke night. 🍳 Kitchen The fully functional kitchen is fitted with a microwave, blender, coffee maker, cooker, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, cookware, and cutlery. Guests may also request a chef/cook (at an additional cost), or simply order in via delivery apps. During your stay, we can also share local delivery contact numbers for your convenience. ⏰ Early Check-in / Late Check-out Available, subject to villa availability. 🧹 Daily housekeeping is provided anytime from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Towels and linen are provided, with a full change after every 2nd night.
