Check-In & Check-Out Check-in: 2:00 PM onward Check-out: by 10:30 AM Early or late check-ins are subject to availability and prior approval. Unauthorized extensions will incur a ₹2,000 fine for every 2 hours beyond the checkout time. 🎶 2. Guest Conduct & Noise No loud music or parties after 10:00 PM — please respect the peace of the community. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Kindly respect the property, furniture, and neighbourhood at all times. 🧹 3. Cleanliness & Waste Maintain cleanliness during your stay and use bins provided for waste. Do not flush wipes, sanitary products, or plastic to avoid drainage issues. 🍳 4. Kitchen Use The kitchen is fully functional — please use it responsibly and clean up after use. Extra housekeeping or meal services can be arranged upon prior request. 🏊 5. Pool Rules Pool hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Only nylon swimwear is permitted. No food, drinks, or glass items near the pool. Children must be supervised by adults at all times. 🚭 6. Smoking & Alcohol Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Alcohol is permitted in moderation — please avoid any unruly or intoxicated behaviour. 👥 7. Visitors Day visitors are allowed with prior host approval, up to 6:00 PM. Overnight stay for unregistered guests is strictly not permitted. 🛏️ 8. Linens & Towels Linens and towels are replaced once every two nights. Additional items can be provided at: ₹50 per extra towel ₹100 per extra linen set 🔒 9. Safety & Security Ensure all doors and windows are locked when stepping out. Do not tamper with cameras, candles, or open flames inside the apartment. 💸 10. Damages & Liability Guests are responsible for any damage or breakage caused during their stay. The host will not be liable for personal injury, theft, or accidents within the premises. 🚫 Strict No-Tolerance Policy Possession or use of contraband, illegal substances, or involvement in prostitution is strictly prohibited. If such activity is reported, law enforcement will be informed immediately, and the reservation will be terminated without refund.
