Drinks are permitted inside the apartment, not outdoors. Late check-out can be arranged with prior approval; unapproved delays may incur a half-day rental charge. Violation of this rule will result in a ₹5,000 penalty imposed by the society management. However, you are welcome to enjoy your drinks inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted only in the patio. 3️⃣ Hygiene & Sanitization: All Da Alohas properties are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before every guest's arrival. 4️⃣ Parking: Free secured parking inside premises 5️⃣ Housekeeping Services: Daily housekeeping/cleaning services are provided. If additional cleaning is required, feel free to request, and we will do our best to arrange it on a best-effort basis. 6️⃣ Power Backup: The property is equipped with an inverter backup, which provides up to 2 hours of power for fans and lights. 7️⃣ Guest Welcome & Assistance: A Da Alohas representative will personally greet you upon arrival and provide a detailed house tour. 8️⃣ Lift Facility & Maintenance: This beautiful 3rd-floor apartment offers stunning views and is accessible via a lift. However, please note that routine maintenance may occur during your check-in or check-out, in which case you may need to use the stairs. 9️⃣ Late Check-Out Policy: Prior approval is required for late check-outs. We’ll be happy to accommodate requests based on availability. For security reasons, delivery personnel from Zomato, Swiggy, Blinkit, and other services are allowed only up to the main security gate. Guests are kindly requested to collect all food and package deliveries from the gate.
