Guest access

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 2BHK apartment, including both bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living area, dedicated workspace and the private balcony. Other things to note

Self Check-in: Detailed check-in instructions will be provided an hour before your arrival for a smooth and flexible start to your vacation. We require a copy of your government-approved ID card. Foreign nationals must fill Form C and provide a copy of their passport and visa. Late check-out & early check-in is chargeable and will depend on the availability of the apartment at the time. You can message us two days in advance, and we will be able to tell you whether the same is possible or not. Security: For your peace of mind, the property is monitored by 24/7 security, ensuring a safe and relaxing environment throughout your stay. Concierge Services: We are available 24/7 and just a phone call or message away should you need any assistance, recommendations, or have any questions during your stay. Shared Gym: Guests have access to the society’s shared gym facility, perfect for maintaining your fitness routine during your stay. Extra Mattress: Will be provided at an extra charge of 500 INR. House-cleaning: Daily housekeeping services are available from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Fresh towels and linen are included in your stay. To preserve water, we will change the towels and linen every 3 days. Groceries: Swiggy Instamart is operational in the area, and you can get groceries delivered to the apartment. The closest market to buy groceries is Candolim Market, a 5 min drive from the apartment complex. For a larger supermarket, head to Newtons or Delfinos, a 10 min drive! Meals: Private chef can be arranged for an additional cost if informed in advance. Parking: We have designated parking space for your apartment in the society. Power Backup: An inverter backup offering 3–4 hours of power for fans, lights, Wi-Fi, and charging (no generator backup). Children’s Cot and High Chair: This is available on call. Please inform us in advance if needed as this is subject to availability. Kitchen Appliances: Toaster, Pressure Cooker and Blender are available on demand. Laundry: A washing machine is available for convenience.
