* Self Check-in: Detailed check-in instructions will be provided an hour before your arrival for a smooth and flexible start to your vacation. We require a copy of your government-approved ID card. Foreign nationals must provide a copy of their passport and visa. Late check-out & early check-in is chargeable and will depend on the availability of the apartment at the time. You can message us two days in advance, and we will be able to tell you whether the same is possible or not. * Security: For your peace of mind, the property is monitored by 24/7 security, ensuring a safe and relaxing environment throughout your stay. * Concierge Services: We are available 24/7 and just a phone call or message away should you need any assistance, recommendations, or have any questions during your stay. * Extra Mattress: Will be provided at an extra charge of 500 INR * House-cleaning: Fresh towels and linen are included in your stay. To preserve water, we will change the towels and linen every 3 days. * Groceries: Swiggy Instamart is operational in the area, and you can get groceries delivered to the apartment. The closest market to buy groceries is Verem, a 3 min walk from the apartment complex. For a larger supermarket, head to Newtons or Delfinos, a 6-10 min drive! * Meals- Private chef can be arranged for an additional cost if informer in advance.
