Local guests are not allowed to book this property—any such reservation will be cancelled immediately without refund. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited—₹2,000 penalty will apply for violations. Only registered guests allowed on the premises—visitors are not permitted without prior approval. Loud music or noise after 9 PM is strictly not allowed—failure to comply may result in cancellation. Please maintain cleanliness—deep-cleaning charges will apply if the property is left excessively dirty. Guests are expected to adhere to the check-in and check-out timings as specified by the host. 7. The dining area should be used for eating or drinking. 8. Guests are advised to take special care of their keys, as lost keys will incur a replacement fee. 9.The use of illegal substances or any prohibited activity is strictly prohibited on the premises. 10.Guests are not allowed to decorate or paste anything on the walls. 11. No amenities, such as towels, glasses, standing lights, Wi-Fi routers, linens, utensils, or furniture, should be taken out of the apartment. 12. Kindly close all doors and windows upon leaving the premises. 13. Housekeeping services include sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing on a daily basis 14. Towels and linens will be changed every third day to conserve water. Thank you for your support in water conservation. 15. We have a set up a lush green and beautiful terrace for our guests and our Gardener takes lot of efforts in maintaining same. Request you to please allow the gardener access the terrace once daily around 12 pm during your stay. It helps us maintain this beautiful terrace for you.
