The space

A Beautifully built Villa with 3 Big Spacious Bedrooms with attached washrooms (with bathtubs), Big Spacious Living Rooms for a Perfect Gathering and a fully equipped kitchen. The private pool has direct access from the room and are equipped with music systems for a nice pool party. (Pool is accessible at an extra Charge of ₹5000/- per Nigh for Long Stays). The living rooms have good Music Systems for your gatherings and the place is Soundproofed to enhance your experience. We provide In-House :- (to make your Houseparties fun!) 1. Balloon Decoration for Birthdays and Special Events 2. Hookah Catering 3. Food Catering 4. Bartending Services 5. Disco Lights and Party Props, etc

Guest access

Guest will have access to the whole apartments i.e Living Room, Bedroom, Kitchen, Washroom and the Pool (Chargeable - ₹5000/- per Night in case you book for multiple Nights) *Terrace is not included and will be provided at an additional cost. Few Rules to Keep In Mind - 1. Outside Speakers are not allowed inside the property. 2. Loud Music is not allowed after 10 pm. 3. Outside Hookah Catering / Food Catering Staff or Any Outside Staff is not allowed. 4. No Decoration should be done on the walls or on the Ceiling. 5. Visitors are not allowed, whoever comes in will be considered as guests. More than the given number of guests will be chargeable. 6. ₹5000 of Security Deposit to be given to the Manager at the time of Check In which will be returned to you at the time of your check out. This is kept in case there is any major damage to the property and will be forfeited. If the above rules are acceptable to you, then you can go ahead with the booking. Other things to note

Private Pool is accessible at an Extra Charge of ₹5000/- per Night. In case you book for Multiple Nights then it will be ₹5000 per Night. Please Note we Provide Private Pool Services only to the Guests who are interested and willing to pay the extra charge. Else this apartment will not be provided and another apartment 3bhk will be provided to you. The apartment will be above this one and is provided only with a Pool Access. Outside Staff for Hookah/ Food Catering is not allowed. Outside Balloon Decoration is not allowed.
