Kindly get in touch with us for the same. • No loud music • No pets allowed • No smoking inside the premises • Each extra guest (irrespective of the duration of their stay) post booked count will be charged at ₹1000/person. • We charge a small security deposit of ₹2000 which is 100% refundable • Incase of single night bookings with local IDs for Get togethers/Events/shoots we charge an extra fee of ₹5000 (for extra cleaning, electricity and etc) • On terrace, the music strictly goes down after 10pm as its a silent zone thereafter also, guests are requested to move in the apartment post 10pm. • Incase of early check in or late check out, there will be a fee of ₹500/hr in both cases. • No use of nails/threads/confettis/tapes for decoration is allowed. You can use balloon decoration on the floor ONLY! If found done, a penalty of ₹2000 is charged.
