House Rules: Families are preferred. Decent Unmarried couples are also welcome. No loud music is allowed. Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking zone on the balcony. Guests are required to pay ₹1000 per day for electricity charges at check-in. The property is ideal for business groups and travelers. No visitors are allowed to enter the apartment without prior approval. A copy of a government-issued ID for all guests is required prior to arrival. Enjoy Nature without harming the beauty of it. Important Requirement: Every guest must submit a copy of their Aadhar, Driving License, Passport, or e-Visa to the company ID before check-in. Foreign nationals must provide details necessary for FRRO registration. Note: Reservations may be cancelled if any house rules are violated.
