Green Bacchus by Walias: This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Private room with bath, balcony and shared access to common areas like hall, kitchen and sky garden on level 5. Be a sport to climb those stairs to the 3rd floor :)
The space
Property has 3 bedrooms, hall, kitchen and is located on level 3 of apartment building, Ompee Palms. Located near Gurgaon City center, close to cyber hub, Infospace, Sec 21/22/23/1/2/3/4/5/29, airport, Udyog vihar, Dwarka Expressway (sec 99-112), Sheetla Mata Mandir, Yashobhoomi International convention center,Ambience Mall etc. Manipal and Park hospitals in vicinity. Common area has a well equipped kitchen, Smart TV with complimentary access to youtube premium and Netflix. This property is not a professionally managed hotel but a guesthouse with sky garden, so services would be limited to the ones already mentioned. List of house rules would be shared at the time of booking/before checking in. Please adhere to the same, have a great time but without giving us sleepless night. My family and I stay at Level 4. Beautiful sky/terrace garden on level 5 for your outdoor fun/ celebrations/calm /workout or just to get some air in your hair. Catch a few winks here too!

Other things to note
Quiet hours 10 pm onwards. No abuse whatsoever of any kind at any time. No terrace access during quiet hours. Vomit stains, if any, have to be immediately cleaned up by guests. You've to clean up after your pet's dropping immediately. Vomit/Pet droppings if found would attract one day apartment fare over and above house rule violation fine Fine of Rs. 5000 on violation of any house rule, for each instance. There is a possibility of mosquitoes and house lizards, as we're in a tropical setting. it's always recommended to carry a mosquito repellent along.

House Sharing: In case you booked one /two rooms and not the entire place you would be sharing the house with other guests. please use the room booked by you only. Please don ’ t lock the main door in such case as well. 14. Additional Guests: If you have more guests than your booking, the same would be charged at Rs. 600 per person. 15. Day Visitors: Please feel free to have day visitors if your stay is for multiple nights. 16. Toiletries : Limited supply to be provided. Car Rental: You can rent a car from us depending on availability: The rate is as follows for 12 hours rental (8AM-8PM). A. Renault Duster: Rs. 2500 per day rent and Rs. 8 per KM driven (diesel fuel included)* B. Ford Figo: Rs. 2000 per day rent and Rs. 8 per KM driven (diesel fuel included)* C. Tata Nano: Rs. 1200 per day rent and Rs. 9 per KM driven (petrol fuel included)* *In case you refuel: show us the bill and transaction details and the same would be deducted from the total invoice. Any traffic challan/violation caused during let out would be borne by you. Any damage to the car would be charged at full cost of replacement from ASC, not local mechanic/insurance. Rental charge to be paid in advance and KMs charge to be paid afterwards. Security deposit of Rs. 5,000 to be paid in advance as well.
