We can offer basement space too (about 2000 square feet) for family functions , private parties or corporate get togethers. With this listing ,we are offering 3bhk 2nd floor with pantry area/kitchenette & large balcony suitable for 12-15 guest. The 2nd floor is connected both by lift and stairs.

The space

We can offer basement space too (about 2000 square feet) for family functions , private parties or corporate get togethers. With this listing ,we are offering 3bhk 2nd or 1st floor with pantry area/kitchenette & large terrace suitable for 12-15 guest. The 2nd floor is connected both by lift and stairs.

Guest access

After booking our place,guest will have exclusive access to the second floor with 3 bedrooms each with ensuite washrooms , terrace and pantry /kitchen. Guest will get music system and wi-fi access.

Other things to note

Our caretaker Bheem will be available to take care of the guest. The sleeping arrangement is for up to 9 guests ( with 3 extra mattresses ) only. GUEST MUST - "RECONFIRM AVAILABILITY BEFORE BOOKING" Please follow the following House rules - KEY HOUSE RULES *Music must be played indoor only. We provide our own music system. *For evening Functions check in time will be 4:00 pm (Flexible) & Check out time will be 11 am. *Any third party activity requires permission from the host .Failure to do so would forfeit the entire security amount *No dhols, fireworks are allowed into the property *ID proofs of all the guests are mandatory *In case of breaking and neglecting self declaration and house rules will forfeit the entire security amount * Extra guest without information to the host would be chargeable at 500 /- Rs per person . *Any kind of weapon and arm is prohibited, if found will forfeit all the security and immediate expulsion from the property of all the guests and host as they will not continue to use the property . *Any kind of illegal drugs and illegal activity are prohibited, if found will forfeit all the security and immediate expulsion from the property of all the guests and host as they will not continue to use the property and will be forfeited to use the property any time in future. *If guest manage to sneak in any kind of prohibited item then a serious legislative complaint will be filed against all the guests, for being a part of illegal activity *Incase of any accident inside the property , “Amrit Villa 365" and manager will not be responsible, after the signature of guest on “self declaration and house rules”. *The sleeping arrangement is for up to 14 guests ( with 3 extra mattresses ) only. Guest must reconfirm availability before booking instantly. Terrace or outdoor area is not meant for parties or any gatherings. Music , hooting or noise of any kind is not allowed. Smoking is allowed indoor. Damage charges will applicable as below - Glassware - If a glass is broken , guest will be charged for the whole set. If a single piece is broken, guest will pay for the whole set. OR guest can replace the whole set with a new one of the same brand and type. Crockery & Cutlery - If a single piece is broken, guest will pay for the whole set. OR guest can replace the whole set with a new one of the same brand and type. Linen , upholstery or furnishing - In case of any damage , guest will pay the cost or replace it with a new one. Puke or excessive filth - Additional cleaning charge will apply.
