The studio once reserved gets you a complete 1RK independent studio apartment without any sharing compromises. • Centrally collected right from the lobby to the room! • Kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils. • Bathrooms clean alongside hot water running through 24*7.

This studio sits proudly on the 15th floor, and trust me, you don’t even need to leave the building to live your best life! Need meds? The Pharmacy and Sodhi Supermarket on the ground floor have got you. Feeling stressed? Head to the Spa on the first floor, or drop your little ones off at the Kids Play Area (they won’t miss you, I promise). If you're feeling the nightlife itch, shimmy up to the second floor for Orale Sky Bar—perfect for some rooftop vibes. And when the hunger strikes, swing by Cafe Delhi Heights on the third floor. Oh, and did I mention? The INOX Movie Theatre on the fourth floor means you can catch a flick without even leaving the building. It’s basically a vertical city

Parking Shenanigans: Weekdays: Cars: ₹30 (First 3 hours) Two-wheelers: ₹20 (First 3 hours) After that, it's ₹10 per hour for both—so time it wisely, folks, or your wallet might get a workout! Weekends: Cars: ₹40 (First 3 hours) Two-wheelers: ₹30 (First 3 hours) Same ₹10 per hour after—because weekends are special, and so are the charges! Important Note: Feeling crafty and planning to decorate? Not here! If you turn the place into a DIY wonderland, congratulations—you just won a ₹4000 penalty. ✨ Oh, and before you hit the check-in button, make sure to send over all guests’ government IDs with address proof at least 24 hours in advance. No IDs, no details, no dice! 😎 PAN CARD ISN'T ALLOWED. Two very important point : the bathroom door doesn’t lock, the building has strictly instructed us to remove the bathroom locks to prevent any suici*al case. 2. The AC is centralised, the temperature is centrally controlled and cannot be regulated from the apartment. You can only turn on and off the AC.
