The space
The studio once reserved gets you a complete 1RK independent studio apartment without any sharing compromises. • Centrally collected right from the lobby to the room! • Kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils. • Bathrooms clean alongside hot water running through 24*7.

The studio lies on the 8th floor with everything necessary available in the same building on the lower floors. From PHARMACY and SODHI SUPERMARKET on the ground floor to SPA and KIDS PLAY AREA on the first. ORALE SKY BAR for your night life on the second floor to the CAFE DELHI HEIGHTS on the third along side INOX MOVIE THEATRE on the fourth.

Paid Parking : Weekdays : Rs. 30 for Cars ; Rs. 20 for Two Wheelers. (First 3 Hours) Weekends : Rs. 40 for Cars ; Rs. 30 for Two Wheelers. (First 3 Hours) The charges increase by Rs. 10 every hour there on. Important Note : Decorations of any sort is strictly prohibited. If found—will attract a penalty of Rs. 4000/-. Please also be noted that the booker needs to send a picture of government issued identity card of all the guests 24 hours before the check-in date to receive the details of the house. (PAN Cards aren't accepted). Two very important point : the bathroom door doesn’t lock, the building has strictly instructed us to remove the bathroom locks to prevent any suici*al case. 2. The AC is centralised, the temperature is centrally controlled and cannot be regulated from the apartment. You can only turn on and off the AC.
