The space

••PLAYSTATION 5 Available at added per day cost•• Shimmer is the upper ground floor of the building. Overlooking a park in the front with abundance of greenery, Shimmer offers a spacious and capacious living room with elegant and modern decor for your senses to feel luxurious. There are three bedrooms with a king size bed in each bedroom. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom. There’s access to the balcony from every bedroom. A kitchen so spacious and organised you wouldn’t want to not cook in it. There a balcony in the front of the house and at the back for you to make use of some fresh air. P.S. balcony is the only designated smoking area on the property. Smoking inside the house carries a fine of Rs. 5000/- per offence. If you want breakfast, please inform me one day in advance so that i can inform kitchen accordingly. House cleaning charges 200 per visit. Please pay the same to my caretaker directly.

Guest access

The whole apartment is yours during your stay. Expect no hinderance from my side considering my house rules are taken care of. Although the apartment is on the first floor, you will have access to the lift to go up and down the apartment. Parking of 1 car is free and permissible inside the parking premises of the building. Further more cars if need to be accommodated, please inform me before hand.

Other things to note

My neighbours do not appreciate disturbance at night. Keep balcony doors (all of them) shut if you are playing mellow music inside the house. Also avoid loud conversations while being at the balcony(specially night time) Smoking inside the house is strictly banned. Smoking is only permitted in the front balcony. Rs5000/- fine per offence Hookah/sheesha is strictly prohibited anywhere in the house and this is non negotiable. Defaulters to be fined Rs10,000/- Playing mellow music upto 25 units on the tv in living room is permissible. (25 units is decent enough for you to have a good time) Playing music beyond that is an offence and fine is Rs 10,000/- Getting personal speakers/woofer system is not allowed.
