The space

We're located in a quiet neighborhood and would expect our guests to not cause any disruptions through any excess/loud noises of any kind during stay. Located near Gurgaon City center, close to cyber hub, Infospace, Sec 21/22/23/1/2/3/4/5/29, airport, Udyog vihar, Dwarka Expressway (sec 99-112), Sheetla Mata Mandir, Yashobhoomi International convention center,Ambience Mall etc. Manipal and Park hospitals in vicinity. Level 3 has three bedrooms with each of them having en suite bathrooms and 2 bedrooms have balcony access. Hall and well equipped kitchen available too. You might share the space with other guests in case you're not booking the entire place/apartment. Each bedroom can accommodate 2 people, with an option for additional mattresses which would be available for an extra charge (no charge if number of guests are updated accurately) This property is not a professionally managed hotel but a guesthouse with sky garden, so services would be limited to the ones already mentioned. Quiet hours start at 10 pm. List of house rules would be shared at the time of booking/before checking in. Please adhere to the same, have a great time but without giving us a sleepless night. My family and I stay at Level 4. Beautiful sky/terrace garden on level 5 for your outdoor fun/calm /workout or just to get some air in your hair. No terrace access during quiet hours as it's an open space and noise on terrace travels very fast & far. WIFI, Smart TV, ACs in all bedrooms and hall, Refrigerator, RO, Full Kitchen Hot water, 3 double Beds, InverterBackup Checkin 1:00pm onwards Checkout 11:00am [NO Flexibility] Additional charges for any additional request. Apartment is on the third floor of Ompee Palms building and has stairs access only. Self check in is enabled through a lockbox which is placed next to the apartment gate. Our bathrooms are compact in size; 2 bathrooms are 5*5 feet and the 3rd is 4.5*3 feet. Hot water and shower available in all bathrooms - Our 5-star ratings — The Airbnb rating system is rather different from the hotel rating system. 4 stars (or below) ratings can very quickly shut down small BnBs, & anytime a guest rates us a 4, we assume they will not return. Most guests have graciously rated us 5 star; not because we are a hotel or luxury BnB or are perfect, but because we work very hard to make our guests’ stay as comfortable as possible. We are responsive & take constructive feedback seriously. A significant number of guests return and/or extend their stay. A 5-star rating simply means “We had a good experience especially considering the price we paid, and we would be happy to return/extend our stay”. No place is perfect for every guest. Guest satisfaction is a function of fit. I have included close to 50 pictures along with slides with a lot of details so guests know exactly what to expect (both good and bad) prior to booking. Other things to note

Listing is on level 3, and the sky/terrace garden is on the 5th floor of the apartment building. Stairs access only. This apartment is in a residential complex, no parties/events allowed. Strictly, NO kind of verbal/physical abuse can take place at any of our properties at any time. No use of any expletives in/around the property during your stay. Quiet hours 10 PM onwards (less than 45 decibel). Quiet hours are a non negotiable, absolutely no party/music/loud conversations/furniture movements during quiet hours. Decibel level should be below 35. Vomit stains, if any, have to be immediately cleaned up by guests. You've to clean up after your pet's dropping immediately. Vomit/Pet droppings if found would attract one day apartment fare over and above house rule violation fine. Fine of Rs. 5000 on violation of any house rule, for each instance. Be sporty and prepare to climb the stairs. Wishing you a great stay!
