We're located in a quiet neighborhood and would expect our guests to not cause any disruptions through any excess/loud noises of any kind during stay. Located near Gurgaon City center, close to cyber hub, Infospace, Sec 21/22/23/1/2/3/4/5/29, airport, Udyog vihar, Dwarka Expressway (sec 99-112), Sheetla Mata Mandir, Yashobhoomi International convention center,Ambience Mall etc. Manipal and Park hospitals in vicinity. This listing offers one bedroom, attached bathroom, a shaft, kitchen, and hall. The kitchen has a microwave, a mixxi, a single gas stove, and very basic eating/cooking utensils. Hall has a smart TV, and high-speed wifi is available for smooth WFH. Guest has private access to room, bath and shaft. common access to kitchen hall. Private room inside a 2bhk apartment. TT table needs to be installed and uninstalled by the guests. please carry your own rackets and balls. Consumables of any kind are NOT provided.

During your stay

Respectful behavior is a non-negotiable. Please maintain decorum on chats/call/in person while interacting with hosts/owner/staff. We're opening doors to our property for your utility and happy memories, however if your experience doesn't go as expected, please be gracious about it and do let us know proactively so that we can make an effort timely. Importantly, Please do go through our 5 star rating criteria under listing description. We're not full time hosts and our availability itself is not a certainty, hence do go through listing description, airbnb messages and house rules in detail before reaching out to us.

Other things to note

Strictly, NO kind of verbal/physical abuse can take place at any of our properties at any time. No use of any expletives in/around the property during your stay. Quiet hours 10 PM onwards. Quiet hours are a non negotiable, absolutely no party/music/loud conversations during quiet hours. Decibel level should be below 35. Residential complex, maintain decorum of the place, no foul language, no late night loud parties allowed. Guests are requested to get their own consumables . Vomit stains, if any, have to be immediately cleaned up by guests. You've to clean up after your pet's dropping immediately. Vomit/Pet droppings if found would attract one day apartment fare over and above house rule violation fine Fine of Rs. 5000 on violation of any house rule, for every instance. There is a possibility of mosquitoes and house lizards, as we're in a tropical setting. it's always recommended to carry a mosquito repellent along.
