The space

We're located in a quiet neighborhood and would expect our guests to not cause any disruptions through any excess/loud noises of any kind during stay. Room in a cosy, peaceful apartment, with complimentary Netflix in the hall tv. dedicated bathroom. kitchen and hall are common shared areas. This listing is a 1 bedroom listing in a 2 bedroom apartment. bedroom/hall furniture may differ basis availability of the apartment floor. Fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, functional kitchen, balcony and washing machine on the terrace area. Near by huge park 500 meters away, 2 KM long path for running/jogging. Swiggy/Zomato/Blink it /uber / ola works perfectly Daily housekeeping is provided for both short/long stay. High Speed wifi, Smart TV, ACs in all bedrooms and hall, Refrigerator, RO, Full Kitchen Hot water, 3 double Beds, InverterBackup ACs in all bedrooms and hall. Self check in is enabled through a lockbox which is placed next to the apartment gate on your floor. - Our 5-star ratings — The Airbnb rating system is rather different from the hotel rating system. 4 stars (or below) ratings can very quickly shut down small BnBs, & anytime a guest rates us a 4, we assume they will not return. Most guests have graciously rated us 5 star; not because we are a hotel or luxury BnB or are perfect, but because we work very hard to make our guests’ stay as comfortable as possible. Private room inside a 2BHK apartment. Neareast metro station: MG Road, yellow line. 20 mins drive from Cyber hub/cyber city and sector 29. Basic amenities available at a store downstairs. Proximity to the local market. 25 mins from the airport, 50 mins to Connaught Place. uber/ola/swiggy/zomato/blinkit delivers quickly 24/7 TT table needs to be installed and uninstalled by the guests. please carry your own rackets and balls Consumables of any kind are NOT provided.

During your stay

We prefer communicating via airbnb chat. Also, if you are bringing along other guests, please provide them a brief, share house rules and location, and clarify their queries, if any. Respectful behavior is a non-negotiable. Please maintain decorum on chats/call/in person while interacting with hosts/owner/staff. We're opening doors to our property for your utility and happy memories, however if your experience doesn't go as expected, please be gracious about it and do let us know proactively so that we can make an effort timely. Importantly, Please do go through our 5 star rating criteria under listing description. We're not full time hosts and our availability itself is not a certainty, hence do go through listing description, airbnb messages and house rules in detail before reaching out to us.

Other things to note

Street parking, No dedicated parking spot. You can park in an empty plot just 50 meters before the apartment building. It is a busy road so best you give us a ring to understand parking spot. visitors are not allowed strictly. Quiet hours 10 pm onwards. No abuse whatsoever of any kind at any time. No terrace access during quiet hours. Strictly, NO kind of verbal/physical abuse can take place at any of our properties at any time. No use of any expletives in/around the property during your stay. Quiet hours 10 PM onwards. Quiet hours are a non negotiable, absolutely no party/music/loud conversations during quiet hours. Decibel level should be below 35. Vomit stains, if any, have to be immediately cleaned up by guests. You've to clean up after your pet's dropping immediately. Vomit/Pet droppings if found would attract one day apartment fare over and above house rule violation fine Fine of Rs. 5000 on violation of any house rule, for every instance. No AC access/usage in cold months- 15th Oct to 15th March There is a possibility of mosquitoes and house lizards, as we're in a tropical setting. it's always recommended to carry a mosquito repellent along.
