Welcome to AIPL JoySquare, Sector-63 — the mall that looks ready for business but isn’t quite there yet! 🏗️ Enjoy a peaceful stay in this futuristic “coming soon” paradise, where there are no crowds, no noise, and absolutely no shops. It’s the calmest mall experience you’ll ever have — perfect for introverts, thinkers, and anyone who enjoys the sound of... nothing.
The space
Our property is located inside AIPL JoySquare — a mall that’s still under development (yes, it looks fancy but shops haven’t opened yet 😅). Expect peace, quiet, and plenty of parking space — because, well, no one’s here yet!
Guest access
Guests have full access to the apartment and all building facilities that actually work 😅 — including lifts, parking, and security. The mall area itself is still under construction, so while you can explore it, don’t expect shopping sprees just yet — unless window shopping construction boards counts!
Other things to note
Other Things to Note: Parking is available at ₹10 per hour — your car’s luxury stay isn’t free either 😅 Government-issued IDs with address must be shared before and during check-in (yes, both times — we’re thorough like that). The AC is centrally controlled, so you can’t argue with it — it does what it wants, when it wants. ❄️
