About this place
A premium serviced apartment offer modern a comfortable stay to guests from all walks of life. Our Serviced apartment has 22 rooms divided in three floors. Every floor has 5 rooms except ground floor which has two rooms. Guest will be offered the rooms as per the availability only .Every room comes with a private balcony , esnuite washroom and kitchenette
The space
Our property built in 2024 is a 3 star premium serviced accommodation with 22 modern rooms divided between 4 floors , in the peaceful and green area of sector 43, Golf Course road.Every room come with Kitchenette, ensuite washroom and private balconies .Outdoor parking space(under cctv surveillance) is available at no additional cost.We have a rooftop kitchen where the meals for our guests are prepared. Guests can our caretaker for wifi password, cab/rickshaw service,local restaurants etc. Our reception and housekeeping services are available around the closed. Powerbackup is available to provide uninterrupted power supply to our guests 24*7. Breakfast orders start at 9am onwards. Note - We provide 1 bottle of mineral water complimentary everyday. All meals are chargeable. Every room is different in decor , size , floor etc and it is assigned as per the availability on arrival.
