The space

Step off the lift on the 4th floor and the entire floor is yours. Enter through the bright yellow door into your private terrace garden – a lush, green oasis filled with flowering plants and palm trees. It's the perfect spot to unwind with your morning coffee or evening chai at the outdoor seating area. Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully designed modern studio with everything you need: The Bedroom A spacious room featuring a plush king-size bed with premium linens, elegant herringbone wood flooring, and a striking deep blue ceiling. Natural light pours in through large windows offering serene garden views. Two comfortable single-seater sofas create a cozy window-side nook – ideal for reading, working, or simply soaking in the greenery outside. A wall-mounted smart TV sits in front of the bed for your entertainment. The Kitchenette Compact but fully functional with an induction cooktop, mini refrigerator, kettle, sink, and all the essentials – plates, cups, cutlery, and cooking utensils. Guest access

The entire 4th floor is yours with complete privacy. You'll have access to: The private studio apartment Your own terrace garden with outdoor seating Parking on the ground floor Common Areas: The ground floor parking and stairwell are shared common spaces within a residential building. CCTV cameras are installed in these areas for everyone's safety. We kindly request that guests maintain appropriate conduct in common areas to ensure a harmonious environment with our neighbors. Please note: Our terrace garden requires daily care to stay beautiful. A gardener visits between 10 AM and 1 PM each day for about an hour to tend to the plants. You'll need to provide him access during this time.

Check-in & Check-out: Check-in: 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM (no late arrivals on first night as we have to hand the over the keys) Check-out: 11:00 AM sharp Early check-in will be subject to availability and will cost INR 250 per hour.
