The space

you are provided with proper instruction to use jacuzzi. it's a 2 person jacuzzi 6 x 4 feet. Provided with bathrobes and towels hot water can be filled in hot tub, there is a 50L storage geyser. hot tub area is completely private to you with lockable door. take order from ground floor only You have access to - wifi, charging points, table to put your laptop, a fan, cozy lighting year round in jacuzzi area to make you most comfortable. We provide only an inverter as a power backup, only fans, and lights work, and the AC and jacuzzi jets doesn't work on the inverter. Power cut is rare in the area, clear communication gives us a chance to improve your stays. We give you a kitchen with Indian masalas, tea, sugar, and everything else that makes a great meal at no extra cost! If any extra guests are coming without information, then there is a 2000 charge per person. Any damage or cleaning required due to this will result in a ₹5,000 penalty. LATE CHECKOUT: 300/Hour till 3 hours; after that, full night charges depending on availability. Yes! Couples are welcome at our place. We are also a couple (Safiya and Sandeep) running this beautiful BnB for you. if you are going to decorate the place, contact us before making the booking! **Electricity Usage Policy** To encourage mindful AC/electricity usage, we collect a refundable electricity advance of ₹300/day before check-in. Electricity is calculated at ₹11/unit as charged by the owner. you can check reading in parking as well - we share pre and post unit reading to you as well. At checkout, we will calculate the actual usage and refund any balance amount. Meter reading will be sent to you as well pre & Post Checkin. Age Requirement for Couples: Both guests in a couple must be at least 18 years of age or older to book a stay at our property. Note: Following Indian law, we must collect a copy of any government ID except a PAN card for national guests & visa passport for internationals You will receive a pair of keys on arrival at the Apartment.
