NO VISITORS ALLOWED. MAX 2 GUESTS IN A ROOM. if extra guest do step in and unavoidable rather then making it uncomfortable for everyone we will charge a security fee for each person entering with you - returnable at checkout after inspecting room and duration of their stay If any extra guests are coming without information, then there is a 2000 charge per person. LATE CHECKOUT: 500/Hour till 3 hours; after that, full night charges Yes! Couples are welcome at our place. We are also a couple (Safiya and Sandeep) running this beautiful BnB for you. We provide only an inverter as a power backup, only fans, TV, and lights work, and the AC doesn't work on the inverter. if you are going to decorate the place, contact us before making the booking! Age Requirement for Couples: Both guests in a couple must be at least 18 years of age or older to book and stay at our property. This rule applies to all reservations where the guests identify as a couple, regardless of the nature of the relationship. Power outage is common in gurgaon during heavy rainfall. We have inverter for lights, fans and sockets in your room so you can stay comfortable during this time. Unfortunatly this is not in our control so any refunds will not be provided for power outage issues in rainy seasons. Note: In accordance with Indian law, we will need to collect a copy of the any government Id except pan card for national guests. You will receive a pair of keys on arrival at the Apartment. Please treat the apartment as your own house not as a hotel. If you have any issues let us know we will try to solve them asap.
