Guest access

Guests have the entire loft to themselves – think of it as your private slice of Gurgaon skyline. Enjoy double-height living, a cozy bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen for midnight Maggi or wine pairings, and a living space made for Netflix marathons. The building also offers secure entry, high-speed elevators (because 15 floors of cardio isn’t fun), and parking on request. Basically, everything here is yours to use, minus my Netflix password.

Other things to note

*IDs of all guests are mandatory (with address, no PAN card — even the government says PAN isn’t for partying). *No decorations, balloons, or DIY Shaadi setups. If you do, it’s a ₹10,000 fine plus free confetti cleanup by you. *Break something? We’ll miss it dearly… and charge you double to honor its memory. *Loud music after 10 PM = ₹5,000 fine and possibly a neighborhood talent show you don’t want to star in. *No visitors. If they’re not on the guest list, they’re not coming in. Think of this as a VIP club with zero flexibility. *Smoking only in the balcony. Light up inside and it’s a cool ₹10,000 penalty (and a very uncool vibe).
