Check-out Policy * Check-out time: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM * 11:00 AM is the absolute latest due to cleaning or decor schedules * Unapproved checkout after 11:00 AM will be charged 200rs Cleanliness & Property Care * Please leave the home reasonably clean * Any damage, stains or excessive mess will be charged * Broken crockery or glassware will be billed Rugs, Towels & Linen * No shoes on rugs - 250rs per rug if stained * Do not stain towels/linen with makeup, oil, tea, coffee etc. * Towels must not be used on the floor or for cleaning Bathroom & Plumbing Only toilet paper is to be flushed. Blockages due to misuse will be charged. Strictly Prohibited * Illegal activities or drugs * Illegal downloading or streaming * Champagne showers anywhere in the house Violations may lead to fines and permanent ban. House Use & Safety * Lock doors and windows when leaving or sleeping * Handle keys carefully (replacement charges apply) * Nothing may be stuck on walls — no tape, balloons, banners

Guest access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire studio apartment, including the bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, and dining area. Free on-site parking is available. Self check-in makes arrival smooth and convenient. Common areas of the building can also be accessed according to society rules.
