The villa has four bedrooms and a outdoor lawn, which makes it an ideal venue to get together with friends, colleagues or family, and have hearty conversations over homemade meals. It also consists of an entirely equipped kitchen and attached dining space, making it a great farmhouse near Delhi/Gurgaon for weekend. Property Layout: * 1.5 Acre farm - rented as an entire / independent property only * Awadh Bagh has the Farm Villa along with a pool and outdoor seating in the lawn. * The farm villa consists of 5 bedrooms with attached washroom, living room, kitchen, and dining area. * The farm villa has a total sleeping capacity for 20 guests (5 Bedrooms with mattresses) * Minimum price to book the villa remains same for upto 10 guests. After 10 guests, extra person charges apply. Max sleeping is allowed for 20 guests only (including children). * Living area located in the farm villa is elegantly designed and decorated with formal / informal sitting for upto 10 guests along with a 6 seater dining table. * We have Fully Equipped kitchen to provide all meals from our side. Amenities: * Kitchenette has most required utensils and appliances like microwave, refrigerator, RO water purifier, toaster, cutlery and crockery. * The property is air conditioned (for summer months) and heated (for winters) through split air conditioners / blowers & oil heaters * 4G WIFI internet connectivity is provided * All bathrooms have storage water heaters for hot water supply * The property has 100% power back up. * Fresh clean linen is provided at every check in. * Housekeeping is provided daily between 10 AM - 12 PM * Our caretakers are there for housekeeping and do not help to serve food / help with drinks. If service is required we can arrange service stewards at an additional charge of Rs. 3,000 (for 6 hours of service) per steward. Prior intimation is required for arranging service staff * If you want a cook then it’s available at ₹6000 per day charge for upto 10 adults and you can provide him the groceries. *If you would like kitchen access for self-cooking, there will be an additional charge of ₹5,000 per day. Security: The farm is fully secured by a boundary and the entry gates are only opened by our staff for our guests. Our entry gates close by 11 PM for security reasons any guest wants the gates to be open or closed need to take prior permission from the Host. Hosting Events / Gatherings: * Our farm villa can be booked for private celebrations, birthday parties, family affairs, pre/post wedding ceremonies, corporate events, etc. Our property can accommodate upto 300 guests easily. * Parties are allowed in open areas only. * For private parties / social gatherings (non wedding related) and maximum upto 50 guests a flat rental charge of INR 100000 per day is charged in addition to the property booking for staying guests. This charge is towards property rental and necessary permissions. * For larger gatherings (upto 100 guests) and wedding / pre wedding gatherings we will send a customized quote on request. If the property is being booked for series of events, these charges will be applicable on a daily basis based on the number of visiting guests per day. Our team will be keeping a head count same way as catering does. * We can organize catering & décor for events through our catering & décor partners at affordable rates. Bonfire Charges - Rs. 4000/- per bonfire. Barbecue Apparatus: A cleaning fee of Rs. 1000 is applicable for barbecue apparatus, if the coal is brought in by the guests. If you require us to provide a fully set up barbecue apparatus (including coal) a charge of Rs. 1000 is applicable. Please our caretakers will not be able to help in cooking. They can only fire up the barbecue for you. Early Check in / Late Check out can be provided only if we do not have a booking the previous day (before check in) / or if we do not have a booking (after check out). Early Check in / Late Check out charges will be applicable at Rs. 4000 per hour. Please note: We have to be punctual with our timings, as we need sufficient time to clean, reset and sanitize the space for our next guests. Each guest is important to us, and one guest's delay will lead to another guests experience being compromised. So we request you to please adhere to the timings. Please do not mind repeated reminders by us starting 45 minutes before your check out time, as we understand it takes time to pack.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the farm house with complete privacy, including swimming pool, outdoor pool furniture, hammocks, walkways, manicured lawns etc.. Please do let me know in advance if you plan on using the barbeque (at a nominal extra charge) so I can make necessary arrangements. Bonfire in winters can be arranged on guests request at a nominal charge. We now have a grocery store 100 feet from our farmhouse. Paradise for golfers as there are several golf courses nearby. ITC Classic Golf And Country Club (27 Holes Jack Nicklaus designed course), Tarudhan Valley Golf Course, ITC Grand Bharat are within a 15-minute drive from the farm.

Other things to note

The last 2-minute drive is on an unpaved road with very few street lights as it is a farmhouse. I recommend for you to reach well before sunset and stay overnight so you don't have any trouble while finding the place or while leaving. Please note: As people are staying in neighboring farms, music and noise levels needs to be maintained. There are CCTVs in the common areas for the safety of our guests. -DJs are only allowed on the special occasions like wedding, birthday etc (gathering of more than 75 people). -Bringing outdoor help like Bartender and servers are not allowed for a small gathering of less than 25 people. We also don't provide such services from our end. -Loud music after 10 pm is not allowed. -There shall be an additional charges of INR 1000 per visitor, and the gathering should not exceed twenty-five people. -The visitors are not allowed to spend the night at the property and must leave by 11:00 pm. After 11 pm the visitors will be charged for their stay 1500/head. -There'll be an additional charge of 5000/per day for hiring our cook to prep your meals. -There'll be an additional charge of 2000 for two hours for Bonfire. -For self-cooking service is not available except child food. -For using our barbecue setup there'll be an additional charge of 3000 per day.
