Guest Verification As per building security guidelines, all guests are required to provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in. Entry may be denied if guest verification is not completed. Bathroom Door Please note that the bathroom door does not have an internal lock. This is a building-wide safety policy implemented by the management and applies to all apartments within the property. Air Conditioning The apartment is equipped with centralized air conditioning. The AC can be switched on or off from within the apartment; however, temperature settings are controlled centrally by the building management and cannot be adjusted individually.
