Kitchen access for self-cooking is available at ₹5,000/day. A private cook/chef can also be arranged for ₹5,000/day with prior notice. If meals are ordered through us, we do not charge separately for kitchen/chef access. 🎉 CELEBRATIONS & EVENTS The Singh Farm is perfect for birthdays, family gatherings, private parties, corporate events, pre-wedding functions and other celebrations. The villa accommodates up to 20 overnight guests, while larger gatherings can be arranged separately with prior approval and customized event pricing. Parties and events are permitted in the outdoor areas only. We can also arrange catering, décor and other event services through our trusted partners. 🔥 BBQ & BONFIRE Bonfire: ₹4,000 per bonfire BBQ setup with coal: ₹4,000 Our caretakers can light the BBQ but do not cook. BBQ with cooking & serving staff: ₹5,000 Our staff will cook and serve the BBQ for you. 👥 VISITING GUESTS A charge of ₹1,000 per visiting guest until 1 AM applies in addition to the accommodation booking. Please inform us in advance about any visitors or additional guests. 🧹 HOUSEKEEPING & SERVICE Daily housekeeping is provided between 10 AM and 12 PM. Our caretakers assist with housekeeping and property-related needs but do not serve food or drinks. If you require service staff, stewards can be arranged at ₹4,000 per steward for 6 hours, subject to prior notice and availability. 🔐 SECURITY The entire farm is secured by boundary walls, with controlled entry through the main gate. For security reasons, the gates close at 11 PM. Any special requirement for gate access after this time must be discussed and approved with the host in advance. ⏰ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. They can only be provided when there is no booking immediately before arrival or immediately after departure. Charge: ₹2,000 per hour. We kindly request guests to follow the scheduled check-in and check-out times. 🌿 GUEST ACCESS Guests booking The Singh Farm enjoy complete privacy and exclusive access to the entire 2-acre property, including the farm villa, lawns and outdoor spaces. During your stay, you’ll have access to: 🏡 Entire 4BHK Farm Villa 🌳 Private 2-Acre Lawns & Outdoor Areas 🏊 Swimming Pool 🏏 Outdoor Games 🍽️ Fully Equipped Kitchen 🍖 Barbecue Area 🪑 Outdoor & Poolside Seating 🔥 Bonfire Area The property is rented exclusively as an entire private farmhouse, so you can enjoy the space, pool, lawns and facilities with your group without sharing them with other guests.

🌿 OTHER THINGS TO NOTE • 🚫 Pets are not permitted at the property. • 🚭 Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Guests are welcome to smoke in the designated outdoor areas. • 🪪 For security purposes, all guests staying at the property are required to provide valid government-issued ID proof at check-in. • 🛒 A grocery store is conveniently located just a few steps away from the farm, making it easy to pick up essentials during your stay. • 🍕 Zomato & Swiggy delivery is available to the property, with several restaurant options delivering from nearby areas. • 🍳 Breakfast is not included in the accommodation tariff. A delicious home-cooked breakfast can be arranged at ₹300 per person, or guests can order from our à la carte menu at the property.
