Suitable for day-time gatherings and private celebrations (up to 50 guests with prior approval at extra cost). 📌 Guest Rules (Mandatory) Guest Limit Maximum 8-10 adults allowed for overnight stay. Day-time gatherings/events allowed for up to 50 guests only with prior approval at extra cost. No unregistered or extra guests beyond approved numbers. ID & Verification Valid government-issued ID proof for all staying guests is mandatory and to be submitted before check in at our company email id. Event details (if any) must be shared at least 24 hours before check-in. Events, Music & Noise Music volume must remain within permissible limits. Loud music, DJs, or sound systems require prior approval and legal permissions (if applicable). Quiet hours must be respected, especially at night, in consideration of neighbors. Liquor & Substances Consumption of alcohol is allowed only if legally permitted. Any licenses required must be arranged by the guest. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Swimming Pool Rules Pool usage is at guest’s own risk. No glass items near the pool. Children must be supervised at all times. Pool timings (if specified) must be followed. Property Care & Damages Guests are responsible for any damage, breakage, or loss during the stay. A ₹10,000 refundable security deposit is payable at check-in and will be returned next day of check out after checking everything by our staff. Damages will be deducted from the deposit; excess damage will be chargeable. Pets Pets are not allowed anywhere on the premises. Cleanliness Please maintain basic cleanliness. Excessive mess, littering, or improper disposal of waste may attract cleaning charges. Prohibited Activities No illegal activities. No smoking inside bedrooms or enclosed areas. Fireworks, open flames, or hazardous items are not allowed. Check-in / Check-out Check-in and check-out timings must be strictly followed unless pre-approved. Late check-out may attract additional charges. Right to Cancel The owner reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund in case of rule violations, misrepresentation, or disturbance to neighbors.
