Important Regulations and Policies: ## We provide RO-filtered water in bottles instead of packed mineral water, as packed bottles are often stored in sunlight which can be unsafe. The water we offer is clean, safe, and healthy. If you still prefer packed mineral water, just let us know after your booking is confirmed—we’ll be happy to arrange it! ## A cleaning service fee of approximately ₹100 per day is applicable. ## Daily cleaning services are available during fixed hours for your convenience. ## Guest Identification: Prior to check-in, all guests must submit their identification documents. ## Decorations: While decoration is allowed, please note the following restrictions: ## No tape or adhesives should be used on the walls. ## Flower petals are not permitted on the bed, sofa, or other linens. ## Noise Policy: Group parties and excessively loud music are strictly prohibited to maintain a peaceful environment. ## Solo Female Travelers: We prioritize the safety and comfort of solo female travelers, ensuring a secure and welcoming atmosphere. ## Swimming Pool: The pool is closed every Monday for maintenance. On other days, it is open from 7 AM to 10 AM and 4 PM to 10 PM. (Operational only in Summers) We kindly request that all guests respect the privacy and tranquility of others during their stay.
