The space

Indoor Spaces Living Area Step into a cozy, sunlit living room furnished with a comfortable sofa set, centre table, chairs, and a 55-inch TV—ideal for movie nights or just lounging around with a book. It's the heart of the home, flowing effortlessly into the open kitchen and offering a welcoming space for conversations, games, or quiet relaxation. Bedrooms We offer three spacious bedrooms, all with king-sized beds, extra mattresses (on request), wardrobes, ceiling fans, ACs, and attached bathrooms. Here's how they're set up: • Bedroom 1: Ground floor with direct access to a garden-view patio. • Bedrooms 2 & 4: Located on the first floor, both with attached balconies overlooking the lush greenery. Each room comfortably accommodates 2 to 3 guests with the use of single mattresses. We also provide extra pillows, blankets, and fresh linens. Bathrooms All three bathrooms are attached and fully equipped with modern amenities: geysers, hand and bath towels, shower setups, jet sprays, body wash, handwash, and mirrors with sinks. Clean, simple, and functional for a refreshing experience every time. Kitchen & Dining The villa features both an indoor kitchen and an outdoor kitchen setup, giving you full flexibility. Cook your own meals or hire a local cook (just let us inform in advance and we will arrange cook service for you). Indoor Kitchen features: • Gas stove and induction • Mixer/grinder • Refrigerator • Kettle • Cookware & crockery • Basic utensils NOTE } Guests are free to cook at no extra charge in the indoor kitchen. If you prefer the outdoor kitchen and need a LPG gas cylinder then extra charges apply. The 6-seater dining space is located near the indoor kitchen, perfect for shared meals and good conversations. Outdoor Spaces Step outside and breathe in fresh air across a half-acre of greenery. The villa boasts: • Private pool (19x33 ft, 4-6 ft deep) with night lighting and pool floaters • Well-kept garden space (front and back) with chairs and tables • Terrace access for stargazing or morning yoga • Outdoor games like cricket and badminton • Indoor games like carrom and chess Whether you're hosting a small celebration or just soaking up the calm, this home gives you ample outdoor space to unwind. Add-On Services & Amenities • Bonfire setup: ₹500 (one-time) • Barbeque kit available (₹500 for coal and grill, additional charges for marination according to menu) • Cook on request – at additional costs • Caretaker lives on-site in a separate unit and is always happy to assist • Hair dryer available on request • Bluetooth speaker available • Power Backup via inverter for 2 hours • Helper/driver room can be arranged

Guest access

Guests have full private access to the villa, pool, garden, terrace, kitchen, and all common areas. There are no shared spaces—your privacy is completely respected here. Private parking is available for up to 6 cars.
