🏡 House Rules | A Few Friendly Notes Welcome to Rihaish! We want you to have a relaxed, comfortable stay. Just a few house rules to keep things smooth for everyone: 🛗 Lift Happens… When Electricity Happens! 😄 The apartment is on the 6th floor, and the lift operates only when there is electricity in the building/apartment. In case of a power outage, the lift will not work, so please be prepared to take the stairs. Consider it your complimentary workout! 🏃‍♂️😄 🔇 Keep the Vibe Peaceful Please respect the neighbours and avoid loud music, parties, or excessive noise, especially during late hours. 🚭 No Smoking Indoors Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Please use designated/common areas where permitted. 👥 Maximum Occupancy Maximum 4 guests are allowed. Please do not bring additional guests without prior approval. 🧹 Treat Rihaish Like Home Please take care of the furniture, appliances, and other belongings.
