Sprawled across 15 lush acres, Spice Garden Farmhouse offers a unique farm stay experience where the wild meets the cultivated. This is not your typical holiday it's a slow-living retreat rooted in nature, conscious farming, and heartfelt hospitality. Run by a warm local family (your hosts!), this homestay introduces you to the rhythms of farm life where coffee, pepper, cardamom, arecanut, coconut, and rubber grow in harmony. You’ll not only stay here, but become part of the land, even if just for a while. Forget the frills of a five-star hotel – here, the experience is raw, real, and rooted in the simplicity of farm life. Our comfortable, minimalist accommodations provide a genuine connection to nature, offering a refreshing change of pace. We believe in keeping things simple and real. Expect clean, air-conditioned rooms, essential amenities, and experiences that reconnect you with your roots. This cozy room is part of our family-run farmhouse nestled in the heart of Kerala. We offer three guest rooms that let you experience local life in a peaceful, nature-filled setting. You’ll be staying in one of the rooms - a private family room with an attached bathroom and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Family Room (Ground Floor, near Kitchen): Features 1 king bed, 1 single bed, space for an extra mattress, wardrobe, AC, chairs with a center table, wall-mounted fan, dressing unit, Wifi and TV. Private Entrances & Balconies: Enjoy individual access to your room and a private balcony to relax and take in the natural surroundings. Food & Dining We cook with love and coconut oil. and often serve them on banana leaves for an enriching cultural experience. You can enjoy your food in traditional sit-out balconies or in the cozy kitchen dining space. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for self-cooking if preferred. Farm Life & Experiences The real charm lies outside the room. Natural Swimming & Fishing (Nearby): We can arrange for refreshing swims in nearby ponds or the river, offering natural swimming pool experiences. Fishing can also be organized. Immersive Farm Activities: Engage in a variety of authentic farm experiences, including local village walks, insightful farm walks, animal feeding, cow milking, learning about crops, caring for cattle, and even trying rubber tapping. Guest access

Guests will have access to the ground floor family room assigned to them, which includes a private balcony and a shared kitchen right next door. Beyond that, you're free to enjoy all the outdoor spaces ,feel free to explore, unwind, and take a slice of our way of life home with you.

We live right on the property (ground floor) and love interacting with guests. Whether it’s guiding you through the farm, cooking together, or sharing stories over chai, here to make your stay meaningful, not just memorable. As your hosts (we, the family), we've been welcoming guests for a while now and are passionate about sharing our culture and being a part of your rejuvenating journey in Wayanad. We're excited to make your stay as comfortable and authentic as possible. Fulfil your enthusiasm to live with a farmer, enjoy chilling in a traditionally designed Kerala house and have fun in participating the farming processes.

Great for families, couples, and nature lovers Wildlife, birds, and a few friendly chickens are part of the experience Available On Request: Jeep safaris across nearby villages Tailor-made tour packages Airport/railway station or bus stand pick-up and drop-off Rental vehicle arrangements Forest trekking adventures Take a refreshing dip in the river or large pond nearby Laundry services , although we have a washing machine that can be used for free of cost Doctor on call Bonfire can also be arranged at an additional cost of ₹500 Dining at the Farmstay : Breakfast: ₹100 per person Dinner: ₹300 per person (Non-Veg) / ₹250 per person (Veg) We serve freshly prepared, homestyle Kerala meals cooked with coconut oil. While we don’t operate a restaurant, you can pre-order dinner (before 11:00 AM on the same day). Lunch is currently not available, but if you’d like to prepare your own meals, the kitchen can be made available on request. Please note that we do not serve alcohol.
