HOUSE RULES: Noise & Disturbances: Please be considerate of your neighbors and maintain a reasonable noise level, especially between 10 pm and 7 am. Refrain from hosting loud parties or events on the property. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors. Pets are allowed at the property. And please note pet sanitation charges will be applicable. Chewing Tobacco: Strictly Prohibited with no exceptions. Upkeep: Daily cleaning of our property is compulsory. We kindly request your cooperation with our housekeeping staff. Maximum Occupancy: Adhere to the maximum occupancy limit for your stay. Any additional guests must be approved by the management beforehand. Damages & Breakages: Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages during their stay. Please report any incidents to the management promptly. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements. Safety & Security: Ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the villa unattended. We will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.
