The property can comfortably host up to 20 guests, making it ideal for group vacations, reunions, celebrations.

The space

The villa is a fully private 3-bedroom property with generous indoor and outdoor areas that let you unwind without any disturbance. Each bedroom is bright, airy, and designed to offer maximum comfort. All bedrooms come with king-sized beds, AC, ceiling fans, and attached or nearby bathrooms. With a total of 6 bathrooms, the property ensures smooth and comfortable stays even for large groups. The living room, located on the ground floor, is furnished with a cosy seating area, AC, and a Bluetooth speaker—making it the perfect spot for everyone to sit together, relax, chat, or enjoy music. You will also have access to a fully functional kitchen equipped with a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, and essential utensils. There is a kitchen usage fee of ₹1000, and guests are welcome to bring outside food. The highlight of the stay is the private swimming pool (5 ft deep) where guests can enjoy unlimited pool time. The outdoor box-cricket area adds excitement for groups, allowing everyone to play, compete, and have fun throughout the day. Bedrooms Bedroom 1 – Ground Floor This room comes with a king-sized bed, AC, a ceiling fan, and an attached bathroom. It is spacious enough to accommodate 3–5 guests, making it ideal for families or groups who prefer staying together. Bedroom 2 – First Floor Located upstairs, this room features a king-sized bed, AC, a ceiling fan, an attached bathroom, and balcony access for a quiet outdoor space. Bedroom 3 – First Floor This room offers a king-sized bed, AC, a ceiling fan, an attached bathroom, and balcony access, making it perfect for guests who love fresh air and open views. Extra mattresses can be arranged for additional guests. Common Areas Guests have complete access to all common areas, including the spacious AC living room, the fully equipped kitchen, the private pool, the outdoor box-cricket ground, the open garden, and the wide parking area that comfortably fits more than five cars. There are no fixed pool timings, and the caretaker ensures the pool is cleaned daily. Outdoor Spaces & Activities The villa’s outdoor area is one of its biggest highlights. The private pool is perfect for group fun, while the dedicated box-cricket ground gives everyone a chance to enjoy friendly matches. The open garden provides space for relaxing, sitting out in the evening, or simply soaking in the quiet atmosphere. Additional outdoor options include: Bonfire setup – ₹600 per setup Barbeque kit – ₹600 per use House Rules Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas. Alcohol is allowed but only in designated areas. Pets are welcome with a ₹500 fee. No loud music after 10 PM, especially outdoors or near the terrace. Please keep the property clean and avoid littering. Follow pool safety rules at all times. A ₹5000 refundable security deposit is collected by the caretaker at check-in.

Guest access

Guests will have complete access to the entire property. This includes all 3 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, the pool, garden, box-cricket area, living room, kitchen, and the private parking area inside the premises. You can enjoy the villa freely with full privacy during your stay.
