CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards Check-out: 11:00 AM Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges. Prior approval from DA ALOHAS is required. 👥 2. GUESTS & OCCUPANCY Only registered guests are permitted to stay. Additional or unregistered guests require prior approval. Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. Parties, events or gatherings involving additional guests require prior approval. The booking guest is responsible for everyone in their group. 🏛️ 3. HERITAGE PROPERTY Casa Velha Moira is a 150-year-old heritage home, not a newly constructed modern property. Please handle the original architecture, furniture, doors, windows, fixtures and decorative elements with care. Do not move, remove, alter or damage heritage elements. Any damage or loss may be charged separately. 🏊 4. SWIMMING POOL RULES Pool timings: STRICTLY 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Pool access outside these hours is strictly prohibited. The pool timings are maintained for guest safety and in accordance with applicable local requirements. There is no lifeguard on duty, and guests use the swimming pool at their own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult. Appropriate swimwear is required. Do not use the pool while intoxicated. Glass bottles/glassware are strictly prohibited around the pool. No running around the pool. Do not consume food inside the pool. Please keep the pool area clean. Pool furniture/equipment must not be moved without permission. Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the property team. 🧺 5. LINEN & TOWELS Towels provided for the villa must not be used for the beach or pool. Neighbour complaints resulting from excessive noise may constitute a house-rule violation. 🚭 9. SMOKING Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa and bedrooms. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Any damage caused by smoking, including burns, stains or smoke-related cleaning, may be charged separately. 🐾 10. PETS Pets are allowed only with prior approval and applicable charges. Pets must be declared and added to the reservation before arrival. BBQ & OPEN FLAMES BBQs are permitted only in designated areas and when approved in advance. Unauthorised fires, candles or open flames are prohibited.
