Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 4BHK apartment, including all four bedrooms, four bathrooms, the spacious living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and balcony (if applicable). You'll also have access to the building's common areas as permitted by society rules. The apartment is reserved entirely for your group—no shared spaces, ensuring complete privacy and comfort throughout your stay.

Other things to note

•Government-issued ID is mandatory for all guests before check-in. •Maximum occupancy: 8 guests. Unregistered visitors are not permitted. •No parties, events, or decorations are allowed. Violation may result in immediate cancellation of the stay along with a ₹50,000 penalty. •Strictly no loud music, shouting, or gatherings after 10:00 PM. Any complaint from neighbours or security will attract a ₹25,000 penalty, and repeated violations may result in eviction without refund. •Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. You may smoke in the balcony! •Any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required will be charged at the full replacement/repair cost plus applicable service charges. •Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
