All our guests can access the entire apartment and all other common areas like pool and parking etc. 🏊‍♂️ POOL RULES 🏊‍♀️ 🕘 Pool Timings: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM 👙 Swimwear Only: Nylon or Synthetic swimming fabric clothes are mandatory. ❌ No regular cotton clothes are allowed. 🚭 Smoking or Drinking is not allowed near or in the pool area. 💸 Rule Violation Fine: Any breach of the above rules will attract a ₹5,000 penalty from society management. 🙏 Kindly follow the rules to ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable pool experience for everyone!

Violation of this rule will result in a ₹5,000 penalty imposed by the society management. However, you are welcome to enjoy your drinks inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted only in the patio. 3️⃣ Hygiene & Sanitization: All Da Alohas properties are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before every guest's arrival. 4️⃣ Parking: Roadside parking is available; however, it is subject to availability. 5️⃣ Housekeeping Services: Daily housekeeping/cleaning services are provided. If additional cleaning is required, feel free to request, and we will do our best to arrange it on a best-effort basis. 6️⃣ Power Backup: The property is equipped with an inverter backup, which provides up to 2 hours of power for fans and lights. 7️⃣ Guest Welcome & Assistance: A Da Alohas representative will personally greet you upon arrival and provide a detailed house tour. 8️⃣ Lift Facility & Maintenance: This beautiful 3rd-floor apartment offers stunning views and is accessible via a lift. However, please note that routine maintenance may occur during your check-in or check-out, in which case you may need to use the stairs. 9️⃣ Stair Access: Guests must climb a few stairs to reach the lift lobby from the main gate. Additionally, there are stairs leading to the pool area. 🔟 Late Check-Out Policy: Prior approval is required for late check-outs. We’ll be happy to accommodate requests based on availability.
