About this place
Located in the heart of south Delhi, our place is a few mins walk from the gorgeous Garden of Five Senses & other greens, a buzzing nightlife is not too far away as the Saket malls, Qutab Dine-Outs and Hauz Khas Village are all within a 5km Radius & with the Saket metro less than 1 km away, you have easy access to anywhere in NCR. It is the apt place to spend time amidst the lush greens, or to host your long-due get together in the Spacious 4 BHK. We'll hope to see you soon!
The space
With four bedrooms, two balconies, a large living room, kitchen and three bath spaces, the house is enormous, a perfect spot for friends to gather up. And the immediate surroundings, with its dense greenery and a clear view of the Qutub Minar from the terrace, is all the more awe-inspiring. The rooms are all well-maintained, and the living room has all the necessary furniture such as a sofa set with graphic pillows, sofa-cum-bed, and air cooler. There is a dining space which can seat up to 6 persons. Each of the bedrooms are well organised and tidy, with a comfortable double-bed in addition to the small work station in the corner. The attached bath spaces are well-maintained and clean, and are equipped with modern fixtures. It's situated amidst lush green parks & gardens, with subtle breeze bellowing most of the times !!
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment, the parking lot too wherein a car and a bike can be parked for each apartment in the building, and even so the terrace, which gives you a clear view of the Qutab Minar, and the seven acres of greens surrounding the area.
Other things to note
Parking is free on the premises and Wi-Fi is available. An early check-in (before noon on the 1st day of your booking) depends on whether guests are staying the previous day. If we do not have guests staying the last day, we shall undoubtedly accommodate you! If you require a late checkout (after 11 am), please let us know in advance. If the room is free the following day (i.e. we have no other bookings), we shall certainly accommodate you :-)
