About this place
Located in the heart of South Delhi, our place is a few mins walk from the gorgeous Garden of Five Senses & other greens, a buzzing nightlife is not too far away as the Saket malls, Qutab Diners and Hauz Khas Village are all within a 5km Radius & with the Saket metro less than 1km away, you have easy access to anywhere in NCR. Hope to see you soon!

Its a spacious abode with two master bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a grand hall. There are 3 Double Beds and 2 Single Beds in total so as to provide our guests enough space to wind down

An early check-in (before noon) depends on whether guests are staying the previous day. If we do not have guests staying the previous day, we shall undoubtedly accommodate you! If you require a late checkout (after 11 am), please let us know in advance. If the space is free the following day (i.e. we have no other bookings), we shall certainly accommodate you :-) The apartment is on the lower ground floor, that is you've got to go three steps down !!

College parties or too loud gatherings have caused a lot of issues in the past, thus would humbly request you to not consider our place for such events :))🙏🏽 - In case of special events like College Farewells, Cocktail Get-Together, Bachelor Party etc. please inform upfront, if we're up to hosting it we'll charge an extra amount and cleaning fees for such gatherings. - Kindly do not move appliances like refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, utensils etc from their place. If need be please let us know we'll get the same done for you. - Please avoid decor or pasting things on the wall, we allow such stuff only if pre informed and at only a few of our properties at an additional charge (Minimum Charge INR 2500). Kindly contact seperately for the same. - If you have pets, that's great !!! But please inform beforehand, we've gotta make arrangements accordingly. There would be additional charges since your pet too is an additional being; depending upon the breed, toilet training etc. Hope you'd understand :)))
