Welcome to your private room in a beautifully designed, spacious 3BHK apartment, located in one of Delhi’s poshest areas—Safdarjung. This prime location offers easy access to all major tourist attractions, and if you’re visiting for visa-related purposes, you’ll find all visa offices conveniently nearby. Plus, the airport is just 8 km away, making travel seamless. Since this is a pre-occupied shared flat, you’ll have the chance to meet different guests from Airbnb, creating a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow travelers. You’ll enjoy the comfort of your own private room with an attached washroom, while common areas like the kitchen, living hall, and balcony are shared, offering both privacy and a warm, social atmosphere. For added security, a camera is installed outside the apartment’s main gate on the stairs, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all guests. Please Note—Earlier, the room had only a mattress — now we’ve added a bed and updated the listing with a new photo. If you see both types of pictures, don’t worry. The bed is already there now. House Rules & Important Notes : 1. Shared 3BHK Space – This is a shared apartment, so you will meet other guests during your stay. 2. Common Areas – The kitchen, living hall, and balconies are shared spaces. Please be mindful and respectful of other guests. 3. Smoking Policy – Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. It is strictly prohibited inside the room or any indoor common space. If found, a fine will be charged based on the condition of the house. 4. No Loud Music – Please keep the noise level low to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. 5. Quiet Hours – We maintain quiet hours from 10 PM to 6 AM. Kindly be respectful of other guests and neighbors during this time. 6. Check-in & Check-out – Late check-in or check-out should be discussed in advance. 7. Personal Belongings – Guests are responsible for their own belongings when they leave. Please double-check before checking out. 8. Visitors Policy – No extra visitors are allowed. If you are expecting someone, please inform the host in advance and provide their valid ID for approval. 9. Parking – The property does not have dedicated parking, but free parking is available nearby. 10. No Lift Available – The apartment is located on the second floor, and you will need to use the stairs. 11. Common Building – This is a shared residential building, and each floor is independently occupied. While we ensure our space is clean, we are not responsible for the cleanliness of the common areas outside our property. If you notice anything outside that isn’t well-maintained, please understand that it is beyond our control and does not reflect the condition of our apartment. 12. Please note before booking: you will receive two keys—one for the main apartment entrance and one for your room. Since this is a shared apartment, the door cannot be latched from inside. 13. Before you book, I just wanted to let you know that there’s some construction work going on downstairs. The room and house are very clean — only the downstairs area may have some noise or dust occasionally, which is beyond our control since it’s a separate part of the property. Please note: please provide your Valid IDs Before check-in. Also, we do not allow local bookings. If the guests are holding local IDs, the booking will not be accepted. Kindly avoid booking in that case.
