The space

The Modern 3 Bedrooms Apartment is located just across the Defence colony main market. The building has CCTV cameras installed keeping in mind the security of the residents. Since our apartments are non-smoking we request you to kindly smoke in the balcony or use the terrace. Upon entering the apartment, it has a corridor which leads down to the Bedroom, Kitchen and Living Area. The Living room has a couch seating area can accommodate 6 Adults with a center table and a dining area for the occupants. There are 3 Bedrooms and two Bathroom and Living room with couch sitting, Dining area, fully loaded kitchen and two balconies. Complimentary high speed wifi internet is available in the apartment to keep you connected to the world. The living area and the bedroom have air conditioners and fans to help you beat the summer heat. We also provide Room heaters to keep the apartment warm during winters. There is a Fully furnished modular Kitchen available in the apartment with all modern amenities like an induction cooker, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, electric chimney, toaster and all kitchenware. A fully automatic washing machine, Iron and Ironing Board are also provided in the apartment for your laundry purposes. Bedroom has king size beds with 8” Mattress, Premium Linen, Pillows and cushions to offer you a great sleep. It also has windows with curtains you may open for fresh air and natural light.
