It is a very peaceful location and we do not allow loud parties that cause inconvenience to neighbours. We will provide you with the phone number of our rep, please call him an hour before arrival so that he can come across & meet you for keys accordingly at the agreed time. * The property also has CCTV surveillance on all main entry/exit points for your security and/or on-site staff. Photo ID proof will be required for all guests. * Assistance Animals - We regret that we cannot accommodate an assistance animal as it would create a health and safety hazard for us due to allergies, etc. So as per relevant AirBnB policy, we can't host guests with the assistance animal and are accordingly advising potential guests in advance before making their booking, to avoid any disappointment. * Contact Details & Photo ID - You are choosing to book our property using a third-party website and not booking directly. AirBnB does not share your info with us. So we would require your below details to process your reservation and a quick check-in on arrival - 1.
