About this place
This property is a one-bedroom, hall, and kitchen (1BHK) apartment. It is conveniently located near the Okhla NSIC, Kailash Colony, and Vinobhapuri metro stations, making it easy to travel around the city. It is also just 2 kilometers away from the Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station. Ordering food or groceries is a breeze as Swiggy and Zomato deliver everything to the doorstep within minutes, same with taxis. A caretaker is available to assist with any needs, & parking facilities also available
The space
The property is on 3rd floor. We have 6 properties on each floor this being one of them. All of them are separate and private. Lift is not available, however, any assistance with luggage is available via caretaker.

1) Guest Id is required for checkin. (Pan card will not be accepted). Aadhar and license anyone will be required. 2) International clients need to share a copt of their valid passport and valid Indian visa. 3) No power backup, but 99.99% of the times there is always power. 4) No lift but caretaker will help with luggage (3rd floor) 5) Only bedroom ac will work. Drawing ac will not work as guests were misusing it hence removed
