The space

The first floor apartment has one big bedroom with an attached bathroom along with a study table. There is a separate living area along with a Kitchen to cook your meals. There is a 40inch LED Android TV with all OTT in it including NETFLIX. There is a big balcony in the front area where you can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee during the day or a cocktail in the evening. There is a small balcony at the backside that has access from the living area, so if you have any guests over, you can send them for a smoke there. The staircase of the entire house are common area, which is outside the apartment. AIR PURIFIER IS ALSO THERE!
